Crystal Chips Jewellery is a business based in Williton, West Somerset. UK.

We hand make and sell jewellery, jewellery findings, metal blanks and accessories, in lots of different metal options, to customers from all around the world.

Our customers range widely from customers buying an item or two of our lovely gemstone jewellery, to crafters, designers and businesses, buying our wide range of pretty metal blanks. We also hand make small jewellery findings, metal blanks, and special items for customers, that have specific requirements for sizes and shapes.

We can add your special order item to our website shop, so it is always available if you to come back and buy again, whenever you need it.

We have many hundreds of happy customers that come back to us time and time again for repeat orders. We have been selling for years on etsy (CrystalChips) and ebay (crystalchips) where we have fantastic feedback.

Crystal chips jewellery was formed around 10 years ago after the owner Debbie began making jewellery for friends and family after she became chronically ill with M.E. They loved the designs and urged her to set up a website and sell online. The business grew from there and new items are added all the time.

Debbie believes that Jewellery should be made in any metal type and any size to suit everyone. It should be affordable, and it should be well made. Customer service is also very important to Debbie she believes the everyone is special and should be treated kindly and with respect.

We love to attend our local Christmas and summer fares, here in Williton, where we sell our own handmade jewellery designs and loose gemstones.

The jewellery is made to order, (apart from the Boutique shop page), in Debbie's little home workshop. This makes it possible to make whatever you would like. We can personalize the jewellery, make pendants and charms stamped with initials, a message or a symbol. Standard orders are normally completed and posted within 3 or 4 working days. Special orders and personalized items can take a few days more.

You can choose your bead type, size and metal choices in the options boxes. Most beads will be the same price. You can also request anything you would like. We are always happy to give you a free quote.

We have a growing collection of cutters to make metal blanks. This is mainly because we couldn't find what we would like anywhere so decided to buy the cutters and formers to make them ourselves. The collection is growing steadily and we sell thousands and thousands of blanks now.

All the blanks can be made raw or polished, they will come well wrapped, They can be personalized (at a small extra cost) with drill-holes, or made into buttons, domed, have messages or initials added, or many other services you require.

Delivery within the UK is free for all orders of £20 and over, using Royal mail 1st class postage.
During postage strikes we use Evri instead.
You can up-rate your postage to sign for or special delivery at checkout. All items come in a pretty organza bag as standard.
If your order is under £20 then please be aware that £3.49 postage is added at checkout. This is to cover our postage costs.

All international orders are sent using "Tracked and Signed". The price of this is £10 per order. This is added at checkout. If it does not appear please contact us before completing your order. We will not send your order if shipping has not been paid.You will also need to sign for the order when it arrives. We do not send international orders in any other way. You will be given the tracking details after shipping so you can see how your delivery is progressing.
